33. Stay of execution or enforcement pending appeal

Where a notice of appeal has been filed against an order of a tribunal, a District Court or the General Division of the High Court may, on application filed by the appellant in the relevant Form and in accordance with section 24 of the Act, order a stay of execution or enforcement of the order on any terms that the District Court or General Division of the High Court thinks just.
