50. Correction of order of tribunal under section 22(10) of Act
Feedback & supportAn application under section 22(10) of the Act to correct an order of a tribunal must be made in the relevant Form.
The applicant must file and serve the application within 3 days after the date on which the order was given or made.
A respondent who intends to oppose the application must, within 3 days after being served with the application, file and serve on the applicant a response in the relevant Form.
Subregulation 1
An application under section 22(10) of the Act to correct an order of a tribunal must be made in the relevant Form.
