Regulation 2
Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“identity card”, for an individual, means an identity card issued to the individual under the National Registration Act (Cap. 201);“serving employee” means an individual, who on 1 April 2016, is an employee;“work pass”, for an individual, means a work pass issued to the individual under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (Cap. 91A).
