Key employment terms
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 95A(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed minimum period of service is a continuous period of 14 days.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of section 95A(7) of the Act, every employment term specified in the Second Schedule is a key employment term.
