18. Building works constituting danger to life, health, etc.
Feedback & supportAny person who, during the erection, alteration, construction or demolition of any building or at any time, fails to take reasonable precautions to prevent danger to the life, health or wellbeing of persons using any public place from flying dust or falling fragments or from any other material, thing or substance shall be guilty of an offence.
