31O. Recovery of connection charge and tariff

The connection charge that is payable under section 31M may be recovered by the Agency as a civil debt due to the Agency.

The tariff that is payable under section 31N may be recovered as a civil debt due to the DPWCS licensee mentioned in that section.

“DPWCS licensee” means a person to whom a DPWCS licence is granted under this Act;
