31T. Exemption from distress and attachment, etc.

The air and ventilation networks and refuse pipeline networks of a DPWCS licensee are not subject to distress and are not liable to be taken in execution under any process of a court in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings against any person, or under or pursuant to any enforcement order, without the prior written approval of the Minister.

“air and ventilation networks” means —(a)all air and ventilation transmission pipelines or interconnected transmission pipelines; and(b)other devices and equipment (including pressure regulating and control valves),used or intended for, or for purposes connected with, conveying or transporting refuse or waste by air suction;
