Notice to Attorney-General of intended application for grant (P. 6, r. 29)
In any case in which it appears that the Government is or may be beneficially interested in the estate of a deceased person —
(a)
notice of intended application for a grant must be given by the applicant to the Attorney‑General; and
(b)
the Registrar may direct that no grant may be issued within a specified time after the notice has been given.
