Regulation 45
Subregulation 1
Any original will or other testamentary document that is the subject matter of an application for a grant under the Act which has been deposited in the Registry must not be removed from the Registry or inspected without the order of the Registrar.
Subregulation 2
No original will or other testamentary document in the custody of the Registrar may be inspected or copied except in the presence of a proper officer under the directions of the Registrar.
