Regulation 44

A copy of the whole or any part of a will which has been deposited in the Registry may, on payment of the prescribed fee, be obtained from the Registry.

Where copies are required of original wills or other documents deposited in the Registry, the copies may be photographic copies certified under the hand of the Registrar to be true copies and sealed with the seal of the Family Justice Courts.
