42. Application for order to bring in will or to attend for examination (P. 6, r. 42)

Feedback & support

An application under section 54, for an order requiring a person to bring in a will or to attend for examination, must be made to a Judge by originating application or summons (as the case may be), and the originating application or summons must be served on every such person.
