Regulation 10
Obligation to submit periodic reports to Authority
The operator of an approved dispute resolution scheme must submit to the Authority —
(a)
within 6 weeks after the end of each quarter of a year — a report on the disputes referred to the operator under the scheme during that quarter; and
(b)
within 14 days after any failure by a member of the scheme to comply with an award made against the member by an adjudicator under the scheme — a report on that failure.
