Regulation 4
Members of approved dispute resolution schemes
Subregulation 1
The list of dispute resolution schemes approved by the Authority under section 31(1) of the Act is set out in the First Schedule.
Subregulation 2
Every financial institution described in Part 1 of the Second Schedule must be a member of at least one of the approved dispute resolution schemes specified in the First Schedule.
