Annual report of board of directors of operator
The board of directors of the operator of an approved dispute resolution scheme must, within 5 months after the end of each financial year of the operator, cause to be made available to the public, in the manner that may be specified by the Authority, a report on the approved dispute resolution scheme administered by the operator during that financial year.
