(1)
A copy of the audited financial statements signed by the Chairperson, the chief executive officer and the chief financial officer, and certified by the Corporation’s auditor, together with a copy of any report made by the auditor, must be submitted to the Minister not later than 8 September and to the President not later than 30 September in each year.
(2)
The audited financial statements and the auditor’s report must be published in the Gazette.
