Any person who obstructs or refuses to give access to any officer of the Corporation or any person duly authorised by the Corporation in that behalf in the performance of anything which the officer or person is by this Act required or empowered to do shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
