Section 23
(1)
All moneys paid to the Corporation must forthwith be paid into such banks as may be decided by the Corporation.
(2)
The accounting records of the Corporation must distinguish between capital and revenue transactions.
(3)
Moneys received by way of loans must be shown separately in the books and accounts and in the balance sheet of the Corporation.
