Section 104

If the person whose conduct is the subject of inquiry fails to attend before the court, a Disciplinary Tribunal, the Council or the Inquiry Committee (as the case may be) the inquiry or proceedings may be proceeded with without further notice to that person upon proof of service by affidavit or statutory declaration.
