99. Drawing up of order
Feedback & supportWhere any order has been made by the court upon an application under section 98 and the order has not been drawn up by the applicant within one week after it was made, the Society may cause the order to be drawn up, and all future proceedings thereon are to be taken as if the application had been made by the Society.
