137. Interpretation of this Division

In this Division, unless the context otherwise requires —“legal services” means the legal services which an advocate and solicitor who has in force a practising certificate can perform under this Act;“limited liability partnership agreement”, “manager” and “officer” have the meanings given by the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005.

“advocate and solicitor”, “advocate” and “solicitor” mean an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court;
“legal services” means the legal services which an advocate and solicitor who has in force a practising certificate can perform under this Act;
practising certificate
“practising certificate” means a certificate issued by the Registrar under section 25;
“limited liability partnership agreement”, “manager” and “officer” have the meanings given by the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005.
