Regulation 47

The sole proprietor of a law firm in a Singapore group practice must appoint in writing, for each matter in which the sole proprietor acts, a solicitor in another Singapore law practice in the Singapore group practice to act in place of the sole proprietor in the event of the sole proprietor’s incapacity or death.
