Appeal against decision of Director of Legal Services
of Legal Profession (Law Practice Entities) Rules 2015

Regulation 48
Subregulation 1
Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Director of Legal Services under this Part may, within 28 days after the date of the decision, appeal to the Minister.
Subregulation 2
The appeal must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which it is made.
Subregulation 3
In determining an appeal under this rule, the Minister may —
(a)
confirm, vary or reverse the decision of the Director of Legal Services; or
(b)
direct the Director of Legal Services to reconsider the decision.
