48. Appeal against decision of Director of Legal Services
Feedback & supportAny person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Director of Legal Services under this Part may, within 28 days after the date of the decision, appeal to the Minister.
The appeal must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which it is made.
In determining an appeal under this rule, the Minister may —
confirm, vary or reverse the decision of the Director of Legal Services; or
direct the Director of Legal Services to reconsider the decision.
Subregulation 1
Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Director of Legal Services under this Part may, within 28 days after the date of the decision, appeal to the Minister.
