16. Physician’s pledge
Feedback & supportA medical practitioner who wishes to be registered as a fully registered medical practitioner under section 20(1) or (2) of the Act shall, prior to being registered as a fully registered medical practitioner, take the physician’s pledge on such day and time as may be specified by the Medical Council.
The physician’s pledge referred to in paragraph (1) shall be as set out in the Second Schedule.
Subregulation 1
A medical practitioner who wishes to be registered as a fully registered medical practitioner under section 20(1) or (2) of the Act shall, prior to being registered as a fully registered medical practitioner, take the physician’s pledge on such day and time as may be specified by the Medical Council.
