Regulation 17

For the purposes of section 20(1)(c) of the Act, any person holding a Doctor of Medicine of the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School Singapore or Duke-NUS Medical School Singapore before 1 May 2016 and who wishes to be registered as a fully registered medical practitioner must undergo, and pass, Steps I, II and III of the United States Medical Licensing Examination, or such other examination as the Medical Council considers to be its equivalent.
