Regulation 45

Any person committing any breach of rule 20, 21, 24, 26, 27, 37(4), 38, 39, 43 or 44 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $250, and where the breach is a continuing one to a further fine not exceeding $10 for every day during which the breach continues after conviction, or to imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 months or to both.
