Section 5A

In every case where 2 or more persons are entitled to the benefit of any payment of compensation made by an insurer or the owner of a motor vehicle under section 6 pursuant to a settlement agreement, the insurer or the owner of the motor vehicle (as the case may be) must ensure that the settlement agreement states the amount of compensation and costs (where applicable) that each of the persons is entitled to.
