19. Public Trustee may appear in court
Feedback & supportThe Public Trustee has the right to appear and be heard in a court in any proceedings under this Act or in relation to any claim or action for damages for the death or bodily injury of any person arising out of the use of a motor vehicle.

“Public Trustee” means the Public Trustee appointed under the provisions of the Public Trustee Act 1915 and includes a Deputy Public Trustee and an Assistant Public Trustee appointed under the provisions of that Act;
