Regulation 13A

Subregulation 1
The Court may, at any stage of the proceedings, order any party to produce to the Court any document in that party’s possession, custody or power that falls within one of the following descriptions:
(a)
a document on which a party relies or will rely;
(b)
a document that could —
(i)
adversely affect a party’s case; or
(ii)
support a party’s case;
(c)
a document that may lead a party to a train of inquiry, resulting in the obtaining of information that may —
(i)
adversely affect a party’s case; or
(ii)
support a party’s case.

The Court may deal with any document produced pursuant to an order under paragraph (1) in such manner as the Court thinks fit.
