Continuation of hearing by another president of Court

Subregulation 1
When a president of the Court who has commenced the hearing of an application is unable to complete the hearing, the senior president of the Court may nominate another president of the Court to continue the hearing.

Nothing in this rule prevents the president of the Court so nominated from recalling all or any of the witnesses or taking their evidence afresh.
