Regulation 20

A party to any proceedings in the Court who desires a person to be summoned as a witness to give oral evidence during the proceedings or to produce before the Court a document in his possession, custody or control, may make an application in Form 37.

On receipt of an application under paragraph (1), the registrar or the Court may issue a subpoena in Form 38 to the witness.

Unless the Court otherwise orders, a subpoena must be served personally.
