Regulation 17A

An application for a stay of proceedings under section 36 of the Act must be made by summons supported by an affidavit.

An application under paragraph (1) must be served on every other party to the proceedings within 7 days after the date of filing of the application in the Court, or within such other period as the Court may direct.
