Regulation 11
Payment of fines
Subregulation 1
Unless the Principal or the Registrar otherwise directs, any fine imposed under rule 10(1)(c) shall be paid to the Bursar within 7 days after it is imposed.
Subregulation 2
The Registrar shall keep a record of all fines collected under paragraph (1).
Subregulation 3
Any failure to pay a fine within the 7 days shall be reported to the Principal or the Registrar who may take such action as he thinks fit.
