Regulation 12
Appeals in certain circumstances
Subregulation 1
Only a student who has been suspended for more than 21 days from the Polytechnic or any part thereof or from any course or subject or from any examination may appeal to the Council.
Subregulation 2
The Council may appoint an appeal committee to determine the appeal.
Subregulation 3
A written notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof shall be submitted to the Council within 7 days from the date of the notification by the committee to the student of its decision.
