Powers of Council
Subregulation 1
The Council may, after giving an appellant an opportunity of being heard before an appeal committee appointed under rule 12(2) and after considering any report furnished by the committee, confirm, vary or rescind the punishment.
Subregulation 2
The decision of the Council shall be final.
