Regulation 9
Procedure
Subregulation 1
The proceedings before the committee shall be as informal as possible and shall be determined by the committee.
Subregulation 2
The committee may receive any oral or written evidence which it considers relevant to the matter referred to the committee.
Subregulation 3
The committee shall not be bound by the provisions of the Evidence Act (Cap. 97) and shall inform itself in such manner as it thinks fit.
