43. Editor of publication
Feedback & supportEvery editor of a publication of the Union or a constituent body thereof shall —
(a)
be responsible for obtaining a permit for the publication as is required by the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act (Cap. 206); (b)ensure that the Union’s publication policy is implemented; and
(c)
be answerable to the council for any deviation from the Union’s publication policy.
