Regulation 57

Quorum for emergency general meeting

Subregulation 1

Ten per cent of the members of the Union or 400 members thereof, whichever is the less, shall be present at the commencement of an emergency general meeting before it can proceed.

Subregulation 2

Where the required number is not present, the meeting shall be cancelled.
