Notice of direction under section 48I of Act or imposition of financial penalty under section 48J(1) of Act
Where the Commission gives a direction under section 48I(1) or (2) of the Act, or requires an organisation or a person to pay a financial penalty under section 48J(1) of the Act, the Commission may publish the direction or written notice for the payment of the financial penalty, or a summary of the direction or written notice, on the Commission’s website or in any other manner as the Commission may decide.
