Regulation 22

Where the Commission accepts a voluntary undertaking given by an organisation or a person under section 48L(1) of the Act, the Commission may publish the voluntary undertaking, or a summary of the voluntary undertaking, on the Commission’s website or in any other manner as the Commission may decide.

To avoid doubt, paragraph (1) does not affect section 48L of the Act or any undertaking included in the voluntary undertaking given by an organisation or a person to publicise that voluntary undertaking.
