Regulation 20

At any time during a review under section 48H of the Act, or during a reconsideration under section 48N of the Act, the Commission may conduct an investigation under section 50 of the Act to determine whether or not an organisation or a person that is the subject of the review or reconsideration is complying with the Act.

For the purposes of an investigation carried out under section 50 of the Act, the Commission or an inspector may exercise their respective powers set out in the Ninth Schedule to the Act.
