Section 12
(1)
No person shall transport dangerous petroleum in a larger quantity than 18 litres within the limits of a port without the Port Master’s written permit.
(2)
Any person who transports dangerous petroleum in contravention of subsection (1) or in breach of the conditions of that permit shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000. [13
