Section 9
(1)
All petroleum or dangerous petroleum referred to in section 7 shall be landed and stored in premises licensed under the Fire Safety Act as soon as possible after the issuing of the permit under that section.
(2)
No petroleum or dangerous petroleum shall be landed after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m. except in the case of loading or discharging petroleum in bulk into or from tank steamers.
(3)
Any person who commits a breach of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
