Petroleum not to be permitted to remain on quay

Section 14
(1)
No person shall place or permit to remain on any quay, bank or other place any petroleum or dangerous petroleum for a longer time than is reasonably necessary for the loading or unloading thereof in connection with its transport, and in no case after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m.
(2)
Any person who commits a breach of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000. [16
