27. Certificate of Registrar as evidence
Feedback & supportA certificate purporting to be under the hand of the Registrar —
to the effect that at any time or during any period specified in the certificate any person was or was not a registered pharmacist, or had or did not have in force a practising certificate; or
registered pharmacist
“registered pharmacist” means a person who is registered as a pharmacist under this Act;
as to any entry in the appropriate register, or the removal from that register of any entry,is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, and without further proof of the signature appended to the certificate, sufficient evidence of the matters specified in the certificate.

“appropriate register” means any of the registers mentioned in section 15(1), as appropriate;
