Section 4
(1)
Subject to section 7, the Council consists of the following members:
(a)
9 registered pharmacists each of whom is appointed by the Minister;
(b)
the Chief Pharmacist;
(c)
the Head of the Department of Pharmacy of the National University of Singapore or a member of the Department who is a registered pharmacist designated by the Head.
(2)
Subject to section 7, the members appointed under subsection (1)(a) hold office for a term of 3 years and are eligible for re-appointment.
(3)
The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of any member appointed under subsection (1)(a) without giving any reason.
