50. Health Committee

There is to be a committee called the Health Committee comprising at least 3 members of the Council to be appointed by the Council which must inquire into any case referred to it under this Act.

“Council” means the Singapore Pharmacy Council established under section 3;

A member of the Health Committee must be appointed for a period of 2 years and is eligible for re-appointment.
