Subdivision permission: supplementary provisions
(1)
A planning permission or conservation permission may also, where it expressly so provides, contain subdivision permission.
(2)
A copy of every document containing subdivision permission must be forwarded by the competent authority to the Collector together with a plan of the subdivision so authorised on which the dimensions of all lots, widths of streets and backlanes and such other particulars as the competent authority may consider necessary are shown.
