Section 23

Registers and records

The competent authority must keep a record of —

(a)

all written permissions granted or refused by the competent authority and by the Minister under this Part; and

(b)

all decisions made by the Minister on appeal under section 22.

The record must include all relevant plans.

The record must be made available for inspection to any member of the public on payment of such fees as may be prescribed.

The record may be kept in electronic form.
