In any proceedings for an offence under Subdivision (1), (2) or (3) —
(a)
an election advertising that includes a statement that its publication was authorised by a specified person;
(b)
an election advertising that includes a statement that it was printed by a specified person; or
(c)
material consisting of, or containing, a commentary on a candidate, or the issues being submitted to electors, that includes a statement that a specified person takes responsibility for the publication of the material,is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, proof of that fact.
