Remuneration of election agent

Section 48
(1)
So far as circumstances admit, this Act applies to a claim for his or her remuneration by an election agent and to the payment thereof in like manner as if he or she were any other creditor.
(2)
If any difference arises respecting the amount of the claim, the claim is a disputed claim within the meaning of this Act, and be dealt with accordingly.
